Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Cost
- UK standard delivery: £2.99
- Free on orders over £30
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
During launches and busy periods dispatch can take a little longer. If there's a delay we'll email you.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't arrived within 5 working days, check your spam folder and then email us.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though if you contact us quickly we'll do what we can before it's dispatched.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email optimalik@eatshmeat.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.

Backorders
If a product has sold out you can still order it. Payment is taken at checkout, exactly like a normal order, and the item ships in 2-3 weeks. Your order confirmation will show the dispatch note against the item. If we can’t meet that, we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
